- Dental experience preferred (Dentrix knowledge a plus)
- Present treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients
- Discuss financial options and assist with scheduling treatment
- Verify insurance benefits and help patients understand coverage
- Coordinate patient care from diagnosis to completion
- Work closely with doctors and clinical team to ensure seamless communication
