Key Responsibilities:

• Present and explain treatment plans with confidence and clarity
• Build trust with patients and effectively close cases
• Coordinate treatment scheduling and financial arrangements
• Collaborate with doctors and clinical staff to ensure a smooth patient experience

Requirements:

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (REQUIRED do not apply if not bilingual)
• Proven sales background with strong closing skills (REQUIRED)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a dental setting
• Dental background is REQUIRED with familiarity in dental terminology
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to continue learning and be trained
