Dental Treatment & Insurance Coordinator – $28 to $33/hr + Bonuses
Full-Time | Medical, 401(k), PTO | Private Dental Office

A busy and highly rated private dental practice is looking for a skilled and dependable Treatment Coordinator with strong insurance knowledge to join our front office team.

This is a full-time opportunity for someone who is confident presenting treatment plans, understands insurance processes, and thrives in a patient-focused environment.

What You’ll Bring:

• 2+ years of dental office experience (required)
• Proficiency with treatment plan presentations and insurance verification
• Dentrix experience preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Schedule:

• Mon, Tues, Fri: 8AM–5PM
• Wed & Thurs: 10AM–7PM
• 3rd Tues: 10AM–7PM | 4th Tues: 9AM–6PM

Compensation & Benefits:

• $28 to $33/hr, based on experience

Core Responsibilities:

• Present treatment plans and discuss financial options
• Verify insurance, submit claims, and follow up on outstanding claims
• Post and reconcile payments, manage patient balances
• Handle insurance reimbursements and issue refunds
• Coordinate with third-party financing providers
• Generate reports and support daily front office operations
