Location :- Hybrid/Midtown NYC or Washington DC -
Required Candidate Location: Midtown NYC or Washington DC - 3 DAYS A WEEK
Contract Duration: 1 YEAR +

CANDIDATES WITH MORTGAGE LANDING EXPERIENCE ARE A HOMERUN!! THERE IS NOW ALSO A MORE JUNIOR POSITION (5+ YEARS) WITH PAY IN THE $65 RANGE.

Requirement Notes (Candidate Job description below) : Data Governance Analyst (5+ years) Leads delivery of data governance, data quality, and analytics support for the Multifamily Data organization. Provides hands-on expertise in Collibra (Data Governance and/or Collibra Data Quality) and is expected to be strong in at least two of the following three areas: data governance, data quality, data analytics (third area is a nice-to-have).
Owns client-facing deliverables and guides best practices across the workstream. **** CANDIDATES MUST HAVE RECENT, EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH COLLIBRA FOR DATA GOVERNANCE AND EXPERIENCE IN LENDING, LOANS, MORTGAGE OR IDEALLY Multi-family Real Estate financing. EXPERIENCE LIKE FANNY MAY/FREDDIE MAC/MORTGAGE LOANS/BANK LENDING ECT. THIS NEEDS TO BE A COLLIBRA SME WITH LENDING.

Manager - Collibra Data Governance / Data Quality / Analytics Lead
Role Description
Leads delivery of data governance, data quality, and analytics support for the Multifamily Data organization.
Provides hands-on expertise in Collibra (Data Governance and/or Collibra Data Quality) and is expected to be strong in at least two of the following three areas: data governance, data quality, data analytics (third area is a nice-to-have). Owns client-facing deliverables and guides best practices across the workstream.
Responsibilities
- Lead one or more workstreams across data governance, data quality, and/or data analytics.
- Provide hands-on support for Collibra governance and/or Collibra DQ configuration, implementation, and optimization.
- Drive development of governance artifacts: lineage, metadata, definitions, stewardship, controls, and process flows (Visio).
- Establish and monitor data quality rules, metrics, and dashboards; guide remediation and issue management.
- Deliver governance status reporting and executive-ready slides for Multifamily and Enterprise stakeholders.
- Support audit preparation and ensure compliance with Multifamily and Enterprise standards.
- Mentor consultants and review work products for quality and completeness.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and working sessions.

- Familiarity with multifamily lending / housing finance (preferred)

Skills
- Collibra: Strong hands-on experience with Collibra (Data Governance and/or Collibra DQ).
- Data Governance: Operating model, metadata management, lineage, controls, stewardship, workflows, issue remediation.
- Data Quality: Rule development, DQ metrics, dashboards, monitoring, remediation, implementation best practices.
- Data Analytics: Data validation/reconciliation, insight generation, reporting support; strong SQL preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management, documentation, and executive communication skills.
Must-Have's
- Collibra experience (governance and/or DQ).
- Strong experience in at least two of: data governance, data quality, data analytics.
- Prior delivery experience in regulated / audit-sensitive environments.
- Consulting experience and ability to lead workstreams and client deliverables.
