Data Center Lead with Security Clearance

Job Title: Data Center Lead Position

Overview

Leads Data Center operations, ensuring proper configuration and support of servers, SAN, backups, and cloud integrations.

Responsibilities

• Manage datacenter infrastructure and team operations.
• Ensure security, redundancy, and high availability.
• Maintain cloud and virtualization environments.
• Plan and implement system improvements.

Qualifications

• BA/BS with 5+ years OR AA/AS with 7+ years.
• IAT Level II and CE/OS certification.
• 7+ years system administration experience.
• Leadership experience in datacenter operations.
• Experience with VMware, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Work Authorization / Security Clearance

• May be asked to provide proof of US citizenship.
• Must be able to maintain a US Government issued Secret clearance throughout the life of the contract.

Work Environment

This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

Physical Demands

• Light work with occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds or more, carrying supplies and equipment.
• Varying amounts of sitting, standing, and walking.
• Requires ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to communicate clearly with an excellent comprehension of the English language.
• Work is generally performed in an indoor setting.

Travel

Minimal travel for corporate support is expected for this position.
