Details for the position are as follows: Data Analyst IV Location: Remote (Minnesota, MN) Pay Rate: $89-$92/hr Duration: 6 Months Job Description Seeking a senior-level Data Analyst IV to support enterprise analytics initiatives and deliver high-visibility reporting and insights to executive leadership. This role will focus on advanced SQL development, dashboard creation, statistical modeling, forecasting, and customer experience analytics within a complex data environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop complex SQL queries in Snowflake environments using CTEs, aggregations, and window functions Build dashboards and executive reporting solutions using Power BI or Tableau Perform advanced data analysis, forecasting, regression modeling, and business intelligence reporting Analyze customer behavior metrics including NPS, CSAT, NRR, and CLTV Create statistical models, financial models, and cost-benefit analyses for business initiatives Extract, transform, and analyze data from fragmented enterprise data sources Support data wrangling and ETL processes for analytics and reporting workflows Deliver executive-level insights through data storytelling and visualization techniques Collaborate across product, underwriting, IT, channel analytics, and business intelligence teams Utilize AI-driven tools to optimize reporting and analytics processes Validate data quality, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and debug analytical queries Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Data Engineering, or related field Required Skills Advanced SQL development experience in Snowflake environments Expertise with SQL Window Functions, CTEs, joins, and aggregations Power BI or Tableau dashboard development Python programming for data analysis and automation Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, formulas, and visualizations Statistical modeling, forecasting, and regression analysis Business intelligence and data analytics experience Data wrangling and ETL experience Financial modeling and cost-benefit analysis Customer experience analytics including NPS, CSAT, NRR, and CLTV Data visualization and executive reporting Experience analyzing large enterprise datasets Preferred Skills R or SAS programming experience Insurance industry analytics experience AI-enabled analytics and reporting workflows Data engineering or decision science background Experience supporting executive/C-suite analytics initiatives Experience working in fragmented enterprise data environments By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
