Designation - Customer Service Executive (Non Voice)
Qualification - HSC + 6month experience / Graduate Freshers - Can also applyShifts - Rotational shifts (Including Night Shifts)Salary - 19k CTC Monthly Benefits- PF/ ESIC/ Pick or Drop facility (between 10pm - 6am) 5 days working with 2 rotational week offsLocation - Mumbai (Malad)Immediate Joiners Preferred
Roles & Responsibilities: - Handle customer Documents (international clients).- Deliver accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.- Troubleshoot and escalate issues when required.- Maintain high-quality service standards in all interactions.- Follow process guidelines and meet performance metrics
