Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist located in Coimbatore, India. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and issues, providing technical support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining effective communication with customers. Daily tasks include responding to customer queries, troubleshooting issues, and providing feedback to improve the overall customer experience.
