The role involves handling customer interactions over calls, resolving queries efficiently, and delivering an exceptional customer experience Key Responsibilities:• Handle inbound & outbound calls with international customers• Resolve customer queries effectively and professionally• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining quality standards• Accurately record customer interactions and update systems• Escalate complex issues to the concerned teams• Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets• Follow company policies and compliance guidelines• Build positive customer relationships Requirements:• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills• Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts Preferred Skills:• Prior International Voice Process/BPO experience• Problem-solving and analytical abilities• Positive customer-first attitude• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
