Job Description
Customer Success Manager Pattern®, a leading ecommerce acceleration platform, is seeking an energetic Customer Success Manager to drive platform adoption and partner success. Working remotely with our Lehi, UT team, you will be the trusted advisor for our top clients, ensuring they achieve their growth objectives while maximizing the value of Pattern’s AI‑powered tools. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of up to 10 clients, providing strategic guidance, training, and ongoing support to drive sustained business growth.
Educate clients on the latest advertising technology and Pattern features, keeping them ahead of industry trends. Develop case studies that showcase customer success and demonstrate Pattern’s impact. Retain 100% of assigned revenue and aggressively pursue account expansion by identifying high‑potential opportunities.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, and Technical teams to accelerate client adoption and provide strategic consultation during the sales cycle. Create and share thought‑leadership content—blog posts, webinars, and event contributions—to strengthen Pattern’s industry presence. Assist with hiring by interviewing candidates for the Commercial team, ensuring high hiring standards.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in digital media, performance marketing, or a client‑facing role. Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver measurable results. Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment. Knowledge of secondary languages is a plus. Hiring Process Screen with a recruiter.
Interview with Team Lead. Interview with CRO, President, and other senior leaders. Reference checks and executive review.
