Job Title: Customer Success Manager (Client Deputation) Mumbai Location: Malad (W), Mumbai, Maharashtra (On-site) Salary: ₹6,50,000 - ₹8,00,000 per annum (Gross CTC) Job Type: Full-time (6-Month Probation Period) Client Info: To be disclosed Role Overview As a Customer Success Manager, you will bridge the gap between agency strategy and high-profile client execution. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining smooth collaboration with Sapient3 management while driving key digital marketing initiatives, website strategies, and B2B campaigns on the ground at the client's location. Key Responsibilities Your core area of responsibilities during your tenure will span digital project management, account strategy, and client servicing: Digital Marketing Strategy: Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing initiatives tailored to project requirements.
Website & Asset Management: Oversee website updates, content optimization, and user experience alignment. Social Media Marketing: Manage social media campaigns, platform engagement, and brand consistency. Mobile Application Management: Supervise application performance, updates, and user engagement strategies.
B2B Marketing Campaigns: Drive corporate and business-to-business marketing outreach from conception to reporting. Client Servicing & Project Delivery: Act as the primary on-site point of contact to ensure seamless execution of all ongoing marketing projects. Working Hours: Aligned with Client’s standard operating hours.
