About the Role: Management Trainee (Path to Customer Success Manager)The Customer Success Manager at Joveo isn't a support function-it's a high-stakes, advisory role for a storyteller, a strategist, and a growth architect.You won't just "manage" clients; you will be their most trusted advisor in the recruitment tech space. Design and execute project blueprints that ensure seamless adoption of Joveo's cutting-edge AI and programmatic solutions.Internal Product Catalyst: Be the voice of the customer.
