We are looking for a Customer Success Intern to support our Customer Success team in daily operations, data preparation, system testing, and client issue handling. This role is ideal for students with strong analytical thinking who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced AI and SaaS environment.
ResponsibilitiesSupport the Customer Success team with daily operational tasks, including strategy configuration, task checking, and execution support.Assist in preparing data reports by organizing initial data and completing data-related tasks based on provided instructions.Help test AI voice robots and systems, and prepare clear and structured test reports.Assist with L1/L2 troubleshooting for SMB clients, including responding to basic inquiries and helping resolve operational issues.Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth customer operations and timely issue resolution.
RequirementsCurrently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or above (minimum 3rd semester), preferably in STEM, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data, or related majors.Strong logical thinking and high sensitivity to data; detail-oriented, careful, and responsible.A strong team player with a positive attitude and passion for work.Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).Able to commit at least 2 days per week.Minimum internship duration of 3 months; long-term availability is highly preferred.
