Direct Walk-In Opportunity for Customer Service Agent & Real-time Adherence (all Voice/Non-Voice) at Tata Consultancy Services, Bengaluru on 16th May 2026

Job Role:1) Customer Service Agent (Voice/Non-Voice)
- Real Time Adherence Process: Domestic Banking Walk in Drive Date: Saturday, 16th May 2026. Location: Tata Consultancy Services Ltd, Think Campus , Electronic City Phase 2, Bengaluru - 560100 Timing: 09:00 AM - 12:00 PM Things to carry for interview: Copy of an updated resume Government ID proof - Aadhar/PAN (original & photocopy) 1 Passport size photo Eligibility Criteria: Graduate (10+2+3) and above with minimum 10 months of experience and HSC (10+2) with minimum 18 months of experience in domestic/international voice process. ME/MTech not eligible. Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 30/60 days' notice preferred. All educational and employment documents are mandatory to have. No cash in hand experience. Flexible to work six days a week during day shift. Work Location - Whitefield, Bengaluru Associates need to have relevant experience in contact center environment(domestic/international) Language proficiency - English (working proficiency) & Hindi (working proficiency) & one regional language. Skill Requirement: 1)Customer Service Agent (Voice/Non-Voice) • Handled inbound customer calls and service emails within defined SLAs, ensuring timely and accurate resolution. • Authenticated customers, documented interactions, and updated cases accurately in CRM systems. • Resolved queries related to accounts, cards, payments, and digital banking; escalated issues as per SOP. • Consistently met AHT, First Contact Resolution, NPS, accuracy, and compliance targets while maintaining schedule adherence. • Adhered to information security, data privacy, KYC guidelines, and demonstrated strong communication, empathy, and problem solving skills under high volumes.
