About the Role:We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via inbound/outbound calls and handle escalation cases.
Responsibilities:- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues via calls and chats- Providing product/service information to customers- Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions- Collaborating with team members to achieve team goals
Requirements:- Minimum 12th pass qualification- Fresher and experienced both can apply- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in any two of these
languages:English/Hindi/ Bengali/Odia/Maithili/Bhojpuri/Assamese
Shifts:For male employees: any 9 hours during 24x7 (Including Night shift)For female employees: any 9 hours during 7 am to 8 pm. (No night shift for females)6 working days with 1 rotational week off
Transporation:Self (There is no odd hour shift ending or beginning so the employees can avail public transport)
Salary :English & Hindi/ Bengali/Odia/Maithili/Bhojpuri - 15k CTC 12k In handEnglish & Assamese - 18k CTC 14k In handHindi & Bengali/Odia/Maithili/Bhojpuri - 13k CTC 10.5k In handAssamese & Hindi/Bengali 18k CTC 14k In hand
