The role involves assisting customers with unauthorized transactions and ensuring quick resolution. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries related to card fraud and transaction disputes via chatInvestigate suspicious or unauthorized transactionsRaise and track dispute cases as per process guidelinesProvide accurate and timely resolutions to customersEnsure compliance with banking policies and security protocolsMaintain high quality standards in communication and documentation
Preferred candidate profile
Eligibility CriteriaGraduate in any disciplineMinimum 1 year of experience in customer serviceCIBIL Score: 670+ (mandatory)Strong written communication skillsThere should be no career or education gap more than 1 Year in resume. Skills RequiredGood analytical and problem-solving skillsAttention to detailAbility to handle sensitive situations calmlyTyping speed: 30 WPM with 90% accuracy
