Application Deadline 07/05/2026Location 25 Beckwith Street SouthJob Family Retail Banking Sales & ServiceResponsibilities Delivers exceptional customer service and identifies customer needs to provide advice and guidance regarding financial solutions.Collaborates with branch and partner teams to deliver desired customer experience and achieve business objectives.Initiates referrals to BMO colleagues and oversees customer requests for banking services, including transactions and inquiries.Welcomes customers warmly and handles banking service and transactional needs with seamless execution.Offers advice on digital and self‑serve options to simplify banking.Conducts needs‑based conversations to identify potential opportunities and address everyday banking and credit card needs.Escalates complex or unresolved customer situations to managers as required.Contributes to branch business results and overall customer experience.Supports operational activities such as inventory management, escalated service requests, customer application follow‑ups, filing, opening and closing activities.Manages, loads, and reconciles cash transactions between treasury and branch units.Executes routine tasks within relevant service level agreements.Acts as a key member of a collaborative and versatile branch and market team.Probes to understand personal banking and credit card needs and incorporates marketing promotions into conversations.Maintains accurate and complete work information and seeks creative approaches to personalize each customer’s experience.Tracks and reports suspicious activity related to money laundering.Follows risk and compliance processes to safeguard customers’ assets and privacy, applying the Risk Management Framework.Performs initial problem solving and escalates within defined limits.Opens to broader work or accountabilities as required.Qualifications No prior experience necessary.
