Job Description Job Description Customer Service Representative - Mortgage Servicing Contract Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to support mortgage servicing operations and serve as the primary point of contact for borrower inquiries. Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries related to mortgage payments, billing statements, escrow accounts, payoff requests, and loan servicing Assist borrowers, attorneys, settlement agents, and internal teams with loan-related questions and account research Prepare payoff statements and amortization schedules Review and explain escrow analysis statements Process borrower payments and resolve customer complaints Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining accurate records Requirements: 3-5 years of customer service, call center, or mortgage servicing experience Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems High School Diploma or GED required Mortgage servicing experience preferred Ideal Background: Candidates with experience in mortgage servicing, banking, loan operations, customer support, escrow analysis, or financial services are encouraged to apply.
