Customer Service Representative

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, processing orders and account updates, resolving customer concerns, and supporting daily operational activities. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities Process customer orders, credits, and account updates accurately and efficiently. Print and distribute daily paperwork to the appropriate departments. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Document customer interactions and provide feedback to management when necessary. Build and maintain strong relationships with customer accounts. Assist daily pick-up customers and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Handle customer complaints by identifying appropriate solutions and alternatives within established timeframes. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met. Maintain accurate records and customer information.

Qualifications One (1) year of previous customer service experience preferred, but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Strong time management and organizational skills with great attention to detail. Proficient with computers and familiar with Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to operate office equipment, including scanners, printers, and label printers.
