WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 2+ years of customer service experience High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills Comfort handling animals of all sizes and temperaments Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience in a veterinary setting would be preferred. As our Customer Service Rep - Receptionist, you're responsible for facilitating pleasant customer interactions and ensuring smooth office operations.
With an upbeat attitude, you speak with clients in person and over the phone to answer their questions, inform them about our clinic, and help them schedule appointments. You update patient files and follow up with owners after procedures to see how their pet is doing. Eager to support your team, you help handle animals during exams and assist techs with taking vitals.
