Customer Service AdministratorCorsham, Wiltshire£12.73 per hour + holiday pay4-6 week Temporary Assignment Immediate Start!Are you an experienced customer service professional who enjoys delivering exceptional support? Are you available to start right away? If so, this could be the ideal temporary role for you!We are working in partnership with our client to recruit a confident and proactive Customer Service Administrator to join their expanding team in Corsham.
In this key position, you will act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive a friendly, efficient, and high-quality service at all times.Key Responsibilities:Contact customers to arrange and confirm deliveriesHandle customer enquiries via phone and emailLiaise with third-party logistics providersSchedule appointments and manage diariesMaintain accurate electronic records and documentationCommunicate with external organisations as requiredEnsure all paperwork is complete and correctProvide general administrative support to the wider teamPerson Specification:Previous customer service experience is essentialExcellent communication and organisational skillsProfessional, confident, and personable telephone mannerAbility to build rapport quickly with customers and colleaguesStrong working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeAble to remain calm and effective under pressure and meet tight deadlinesHours of WorkWeek 1: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pmWeek 2: Monday-Friday, 10:00am-6:30pm(Shifts then alternate weekly)This position requires an immediate start, so applicants must be available without notice.
