Jio is inviting applications for role Customer Care Executive (Work From Home) for Madhya PradeshLocations: Shivpuri, Vidisha, Chanderi, Bina and Gwalior RequirementsWork Shift: 6 days working with rotational shifts (Voice Process)Education Qualification: 10+2 / Graduation in any disciplineExperience: Fresher and experienced candidates can apply (Minimum 4GB handset/laptop/computer) Job ResponsibilitiesManage all customer interactions as rostered within parametersDemonstrate ownership on calls when contacted by customerRespond to all customers in appropriate tone and languageOffer a solution-based approach for all customer interactionsEducate the customer at every given possible opportunityEnsure updation of product, system, process, and policy knowledgeAdhere to rostered timing, scheduled shifts, and activitiesCapture customer details and data relevant to the call or serviceResolve customer queries within agreed timelinesManage outbound campaigns as per business requirementIncrease, develop, and retain customer base through relationship buildingFollow all contact center policies, procedures, code of conduct, and regulations
