Working Hours Monday to Friday - 08:30 to 17:00 Employment Type Ongoing Temporary Role Parking Onsite Parking Role Overview The Credit Controller will be responsible for controlling and maintaining the accounts receivable ledger for two companies, serving customers in the UK and worldwide. This includes speaking to customers and area sales managers to create strong relationships, ensuring sales flow, payment compliance, and terms adherence. Responsibilities Chasing/collecting outstanding debts Posting cash receipts to customer accounts Setting up new customers and making relevant checks Building positive relationships across all stakeholders Monthly direct debit collections and statements Ensuring customers stay within their credit limits and terms Releasing sales orders that are on credit hold status Qualifications Proven experience as a Credit Controller – 5+ years Loyal, skilled, and able to work independently using client credit control guidelines Strong communication skills Strong attention to detail Organised, good time management, and planning skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
