Position Summary Project Manager to join an in-house creative production team, responsible for bringing content to life.
What You'll Do As a Project Manager, you will be the linchpin for creative projects flowing through the internal studio. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, managing 4‑6 individuals per project and overseeing: Managing content creative projects for various brands and omni‑channel initiatives. Setting up and maintaining project workflows using industry‑standard project management software.
Establishing and managing communication channels for seamless project coordination. Assigning tasks, defining timelines, and allocating team members to projects. Tracking project progress and logistics using various tracking and logistics platforms.
Coordinating effectively with requesters and collaborative teams. Supporting workflows across various production studios. Potentially cross‑training with the logistics team on procurement and tracking.
You’ll navigate a diverse portfolio of projects, from rapid 4‑6 week turnarounds to extensive 12‑16 week campaigns, primarily focusing on creating net‑new content to bring products online for customers. Who You Are You are an individual who thrives in a fast‑paced, creative environment where adaptability is essential. You possess exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
You’re proactive, ask questions, suggest process enhancements, and seize opportunities to streamline workflows. You bring a positive, can‑do attitude and actively contribute to team improvement and cross‑training. Required Skills & Experience 1‑3 years of project management experience.
Proficiency with Adobe Workfront (required). Strong understanding of project management fundamentals and terminology. Quick learner capable of adapting with minimal daily oversight.
Ability to manage multiple projects of varying sizes and timelines concurrently. Excellent communication skills, particularly in chat‑based environments. Self‑starter with a proactive and positive attitude.
Nice‑to‑Haves Experience with tracking and logistics platforms. Marketing background or experience with creative workflows. Experience collaborating with cross‑functional creative teams.
Work Environment You will report to a Project Manager and join a dedicated team of project managers. Communication relies heavily on chat platforms for project coordination and team collaboration. Compensation Compensation is based on several factors including education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
