Role Overview:We are looking for a visionary Creative Director - Copy to lead creative strategy, drive high-impactcampaigns, and oversee the end-to-end creative output. This role involves guiding teams, shapingbrand narratives, and delivering innovative, business-driven creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:Lead creative strategy, concept development, and campaign execution.Drive and oversee the creative pitching process and high-impact ideas.Review and approve all content to ensure quality, consistency, and brand alignment.Guide teams in developing innovative and effective creative solutions.Vet and approve final deliverables and client presentations.Act as the ultimate point of contact for creative escalations.Drive innovation, identify new opportunities, and contribute to business growth.Collaborate across teams and agencies to deliver integrated solutions.Oversee resource planning, team utilization, and workflow efficiency.Build strong client relationships and lead strategic discussions.Lead team growth through mentoring, hiring, and capability development.Ensure adherence to timelines, benchmarks, and internal processes.

Preferred Skills:8+ years of experience in copywriting/creative leadership roles.Strong expertise in creative strategy, storytelling, and campaign direction.Proven experience in leading teams and managing large-scale projects.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to align creative output with business and brand objectives.Strong leadership, innovation, and decision-making capabilities.
