Key Responsibilities
- Develop and program control systems primarily using Rockwell PLCs.
- Create intuitive HMI/SCADA applications with tools like Ignition, AVEVA, and Rockwell.
- Integrate plant data leveraging platforms such as Canary Historian and AVEVA.
- Guide projects from initial concept through to startup and commissioning phases.
- Conduct FAT/SAT, troubleshoot issues, and enhance system performance.
- Collaborate directly with clients to deliver practical, high-quality solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
- 37 years of experience in controls or system integration.
- Proficient in PLC programming, with a preference for Rockwell systems.
- Experience in SCADA/HMI development, Ignition experience is a plus.
- Understanding of industrial protocols such as Ethernet/IP, Modbus, OPC UA, and IO Link.
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics and conceptualize system designs.
- Willingness to travel 2030% for commissioning tasks.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Canary Historian or AVEVA (Wonderware).
- Knowledge of MQTT, Sparkplug, or IIoT architectures.
- Basic scripting or database proficiency (SQL, Python).
- Prior experience with system integration.
