Job Description
We are looking for a sharp and reliable Content & Communications Manager for EUREKA! by ALLEN.This role is for someone who writes well, thinks clearly, understands product ideas, and can turn them into simple, useful communication across marketing and business needs. This is a writing-first role, but not limited to copywriting. The ideal candidate should be comfortable writing marketing copy, preparing campaign briefs, creating communication notes, helping with agency briefs, and bringing structure to different kinds of content tasks .
Key ResponsibilitiesWrite content for EUREKA! across marketing and communication formats such as ads, landing pages, app notifications, WhatsApp, emailers, captions, video scripts, product explainers, and campaign communicationHelp create clear briefs for Design, Video, Performance Marketing, and External Agency teamsSupport in preparing campaign notes, launch communication, messaging documents, product notesConvert product features into simple and compelling messaging for students and parentsAdapt key messages across different platforms and audiencesWork with internal teams to ensure communication is clear, consistent, and execution-reaBring a basic visual lens to briefs by suggesting references, formats, layouts, thumbnail directions, or simple visual hooksReview creative outputs and share practical feedback on whether the copy, visual, and message are working togetherUse AI tools for research, ideation, drafting, rewriting, summarization, and faster executionLook at basic content and campaign performance learnings to improve future communicationWhat We Are Looking For5-6 years of experience in content, copywriting, marketing communication, branded content, social media, creative strategy, or journalismStrong command over English and HinglishAbility to write simply, clearly, and persuasivelyAbility to understand product features and turn them into meaningful communicationComfort with both creative writing and structured business writingGood understanding of storytelling, messaging, hooks, and platform behaviorAbility to write for students, parents, internal teams, and agency partnersStrong documentation skills across briefs, notes, campaign plans, and communication outlinesAbility to take rough inputs and convert them into polished draftsA working sense of visual communication across ads, videos, landing pages, carousels, thumbnails, and campaign assetsStrong ownership, attention to detail, and comfort with feedback and rewritesBasic understanding of digital content metrics such as CTR, retention, engagement, and conversionsComfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Canva AI, ePreferred QualificatinsBachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, Media Studies, or a related fieldStrong portfolio showing work across marketing copy, campaign communication, video scripts, social content, product explainers, or long-form writingExperience working with Marketing, Product, Creative, Growth, or Agency teams
