Base pay range

$130,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders.
• Enforce site safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
• Resolve field issues and proactively manage risks and delays.
• Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports, schedules, and inspections.

Profile / Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Superintendent in light industrial construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Ability to travel to job sites across the Chicagoland area.
