*Condominium Association Associate Attorney* Our law firm is seeking a motivated Condominium Association Associate Attorney to join our practice. Our primary practice areas include: Condominium/Community Association Law Landlord Tenant Law Commercial & Residential Real Estate Litigation *What Youll Do* Represent clients in mediation, sheriff sales, motion practice, and hearings Draft resolutions, amendments, motions, briefs, contracts, correspondence, letters, judgments, and memoranda Conduct legal research and analysis to support client matters and case strategy Attend board meetings for condominium and community association clients, as needed Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and business partners Manage multiple matters while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Collaborate with attorneys and staff in a team-oriented environment focused on client service *What Were Looking For* Bar admission to either New Jersey or New York required Bar admission to both New Jersey and New York a plus Willingness to learn firms other areas of practice a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize effectively in an active environment Professional demeanor, sound judgment, and strong work ethic Litigation, real estate, landlord/tenant, or community association experience is a plus Motivated self-starter with a willingness to learn and grow within the firm *Why Youll Love Working Here* * Youll be part of a professional and collaborative work environment that makes a difference in the clients we serve * We offer meaningful opportunities for growth and development * We have a competitive pay and benefits package, which include: o Medical and dental insurance (eligible after 90 days) o 401(k) retirement plan (eligible after 6 months) o NJ Earned Sick Leave o Paid Time Off (vacation and personal days) o Life insurance *Compensation* 0-2 years of relevant experience salary range: $75,000-$85,000 annually 2+ years of relevant experience salary range: $80,000-$90,000 annually Actual compensation may vary based on qualifications, experience, education, and credentials We have positions open in our Randolph, NJ and Florham Park NJ locations *Physical Demands and Work Environment* The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
