Become a key player in our dynamic community as an Administrative Services Clerk for a 9-month term. This role emphasizes administrative support and exceptional customer service. We are on the lookout for an Administrative Services Clerk to join our team temporarily.
This position will involve providing support to our Finance Department, including reception duties and processing financial transactions. Candidates should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and have experience in client-focused environments, alongside a working knowledge of MS Office. Key Responsibilities: • Manage reception services for telephone and in-person inquiries • Process payment transactions and bank deposits with precision • Provide essential administrative support to the Finance Department • Assist customers through phone, email, and direct service • Ensure meticulous organization and handling of financial documents Requirements: • Two-year community college diploma in administrative support • Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with financial applications • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication • Basic understanding of cash handling and accounting practices • Strong time management and organizational abilities Bring your dedication to customer service and organizational skills to contribute effectively to our Finance Department’s mission. #J-18808-Ljbffr
