CNC Machinist - 5-Axis & Complex Work 2nd Shift Rancho Cordova, CA

As a senior machinist, you'll play a key role in executing high-level machining strategies, mentoring team members, and driving continuous improvement across the shop.

The Work You'll Be Doing In this role, you will: Program, set up, and run complex CNC machining jobs Work across CNC mills, lathes, and multi-axis equipment (including 5-axis) Optimize machining strategies for cycle time, efficiency, and quality Design and implement fixtures and workholding solutions Load, edit, and troubleshoot CNC programs at the machine Perform first-article and in-process inspections Mentor junior machinists and support skill development Contribute to quoting, planning, and continuous improvement initiatives Machines, Controls & Software Machines: CNC Mills (3-axis, 5-axis), CNC Lathes

Controls: Fanuc, Haas (varies by machine)

CAM Software: Fusion 360 (or comparable CAM software)
