Client Technical Support Consultant III – Roseland, NJ
ADP, Inc. is hiring a Client Technical Support Consultant III to support our clients in Roseland, New Jersey.
What You’ll Do

- Create and deliver high‑quality results, proactively addressing issues and ensuring polished deliverables.
- Collaborate with associates to share ideas, learn, and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of evolving technologies.
- Manage a variety of work, from coordinating with international teams to handling ad‑hoc requests.
- Present to senior leaders, product owners, and peers with executive presence and clear communication of milestone achievements.
- Identify and solve inevitable challenges, seeking solutions that meet or exceed service level agreements.
- Provide second‑level post‑live issue resolution within agreed timeframes, including investigation, solution identification, recommendation, configuration, unit testing, and documentation.
- Prepare functional specifications and change‑control requests, design and configure complex solutions, and provide guidance on design and configuration.
- Conduct lifecycle mini‑project solutions, manage ticket resolution via CRM, and liaise with service delivery coordinators and account management.
- Assess and modify support pack configuration, test SAP Note applications, create and send customer messages for support and corrections, and oversee root cause analysis for escalated issues.
To Succeed In This Role
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field with 5+ years of related experience. A Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience is also acceptable. Combination of degrees or diplomas meeting the Bachelor’s requirement is acceptable.
- Work Experience: At least 2 years of experience in SAP HCM, SAP Development, Personnel Administration (PA), US payroll, Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), SF Integration with HCM, WD Integration with HCM, CRM inquiry and ticket resolution, XML, Oracle Integration with HCM, ABAP code for HCM, SFTP file transmission, General Ledger HCM postings, and Year End Interface Activities/Compliance Integration.
- Telecommuting: Permitted.
