Job Description
Overview Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) provides business insurance, employee health & benefits, retirement, and private client insurance solutions. We combine the personalized service model of a local consultant with the global resources of a world‑leading professional services firm. As a Client Support Specialist, you will support the Client Services and Sales teams with high‑quality work to meet client needs.
Responsibilities include data gathering, soliciting quotes from carriers, issuing policies, supporting renewals, and engaging in client interactions. Responsibilities Coordinate and execute client project plans and periodic presentations with service teams and sales partners. Support RFPs, renewals, implementations, and post‑implementation activities for client benefit programs.
Pull, analyze, and validate benchmark survey data and summarize findings for internal teams and client materials. Conduct research for client projects, gather vendor information, and prepare presentation materials. Manage open enrollment communications and other employee‑facing materials; review plan documents for design accuracy and discrepancies.
Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and other channels. Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present clearly to diverse audiences. Life & Health insurance licensure, or commitment to obtain licensure within three months of start date.
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, prospects, and vendors. Relevant internship or experience within the insurance industry. Degree in Risk Management, Business or related program.

Compensation The base salary range for this role is $41,200 to $76,800, with potential performance‑based incentives.
