Position Overview
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is a senior executive leader responsible for shaping and executing Revelation Pharma’s technology vision in direct support of the company’s mission and core values: Patient Centric, Passionate, and Relentless. This role requires a strategic, hands‑on leader who deeply understands how technology can enhance patient and provider experiences, drive scalable growth, and create durable competitive advantages across Revelation’s pharmacy and care platforms.
The CTO will oversee the design, development, implementation, and optimization of Revelation’s proprietary pharmacy software ecosystem, telemedicine platforms, and interconnected digital infrastructure. This leader will also ensure enterprise‑grade cybersecurity, data integrity, and regulatory alignment, while championing the responsible use of AI and emerging technologies to accelerate innovation and operational excellence.
Core Responsibilities
Technology Strategy & Leadership
Define and execute a long‑term technology roadmap aligned with Revelation Care’s business objectives and patient‑first philosophy.
Serve as a trusted strategic partner to executive leadership, translating business needs into scalable, secure, and innovative technology solutions.
Build, scale, and mentor a high‑performing technology organization capable of executing the CTO’s vision in a rapidly growing company.
Recruit, develop, and retain top‑tier talent across engineering, product, data, infrastructure, security, and IT functions.
Establish clear operating models, accountability, and performance metrics to ensure teams deliver with speed, quality, and reliability.
Foster a culture of ownership, urgency, and continuous improvement while maintaining discipline in execution.
Proprietary Pharmacy Software Platform
Own, evolve, and scale Revelation’s primary proprietary pharmacy software platform as a strategic SaaS asset.
Oversee the successful rollout, adoption, and ongoing evolution of the platform across multiple locations and operating entities.
Ensure the platform supports operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, financial visibility, and superior patient and provider experiences.
Drive integration across dispensing, compounding, clinical workflows, billing, NetSuite financials, Power BI analytics, and enterprise reporting.
Telemedicine & Digital Care Enablement
Lead the setup, optimization, and scaling of telemedicine platforms that expand access to care while maintaining clinical quality and compliance.
Ensure seamless integration between telemedicine tools, pharmacy systems, patient portals, and provider‑facing platforms.
Continuously evaluate new digital care technologies to enhance access, convenience, and outcomes.
Platform Connectivity & Data Architecture
Design, develop, and maintain an enterprise‑grade technology stack that is fully integrated with NetSuite and Power BI via APIs.
Ensure real‑time, reliable financial and operational data flows to support executive reporting, OCM requirements, and the needs of a PE‑backed platform built for scale and eventual exit.
Establish API‑first architecture standards to enable interoperability across pharmacy systems, telemedicine platforms, data warehouses, and analytics tools.
Own data models, integration reliability, and data governance to ensure accuracy, auditability, and decision‑grade insights.
Reduce friction between systems to create a unified, intuitive experience for patients, providers, operators, and executive leadership.
Cybersecurity, Privacy & Risk Management
Ensure the company’s technology infrastructure is secure, resilient, and protected from cyber threats.
Establish and enforce best practices for cybersecurity, data privacy, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
Maintain alignment with applicable healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA and related frameworks).
Artificial Intelligence & Innovation
Fully appreciate and champion the role of AI in accelerating Revelation’s growth and competitive differentiation.
Identify, evaluate, and deploy AI‑driven solutions that enhance patient engagement, provider efficiency, clinical insights, and operational performance.
Promote responsible, ethical, and compliant use of AI across the organization.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience as a CTO, VP of Technology, or senior technology leader with strong SaaS product ownership experience.
Demonstrated success building and evolving SaaS platforms deployed across multiple locations and, ideally, external clients.
Deep understanding of SaaS fundamentals including deployment velocity, versioning, release management, uptime, support models, and customer‑facing execution expectations.
Experience operating in PE‑backed, high‑growth, or platform‑based businesses with an appreciation for financial and operational transparency.
Deep understanding of healthcare technology ecosystems, including pharmacy systems, telemedicine platforms, and data interoperability.
Strong background in software development, systems architecture, cloud infrastructure, API‑driven integrations, and cybersecurity.
Demonstrated experience leading complex technology rollouts and large‑scale system integrations.
Practical knowledge of AI, machine learning, data analytics, and emerging digital health technologies.
Ability to balance strategic vision with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.

Physical Requirements:
Proficient in using a computer and related equipment, including printers and fax machines.
