Role Description

This full‑time hybrid role for Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is based in the San Francisco Bay Area, with opportunities for remote work. As the CTO, you will lead the company’s technology strategy, oversee product development, and define scalable, secure system architectures. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure technical excellence, manage high‑impact projects, and guide the engineering team to deliver innovative and robust solutions.

Your leadership will play a key role in aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Software Development and Architecture of scalable, secure systems
• Experience in IT Strategy development and implementation to support business goals
• Strong background in Project Management with the ability to oversee cross‑functional teams and deliver high‑impact projects
• Demonstrated success in Product Development, from concept to launch
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams
• Experience in emerging technologies such as blockchain, AI, or IoT is highly desirable
• Technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
• 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles with a focus on driving innovation
