We require at least one year in an upscale or fine dining establishment. With that said, having a positive attitude, striving for greatness, and a willingness to learn will set you on the path to becoming a member of our team!

Our ideal candidate will work clean, quickly, and have the utmost respect for the quality of food we are preparing. This candidate will also exemplify a strong sense of urgency, proficient kitchen skills, food safety knowledge, efficient mise en place, and prepare thoughtful food for the guests.
