Galerie is growing, and we’re looking for line cooks who are hungry, self-sufficient, and passionate about hospitality.

We believe great restaurants are built by people who care, about the food, the guest experience, and the team around them. We’re looking for cooks who take pride in their work, move with purpose, and are always looking to improve their knife skills, technique, and overall craft.

You’ll be working closely with a pair of chefs whose experience comes from some of the most celebrated restaurants in the world, including Eleven Madison Park, Aska, Monkey Bar, Gaggan, and Camphor.

At Galerie, we work closely with farmers market produce and the best seasonal ingredients available. Our food is rooted in New American cuisine with strong influences from classic technique and global flavors. We strive to create food that feels elevated, thoughtful, and delicious, without losing warmth or soul.
