Electric Bleu is looking for a go getter Chef de Partie or lead line cook.
It is a small 70 restaurant, so you will be working alongside the chef-owner and a tight team.
Important!- It is a very open kitchen, you will look your best, speak well, behave, be chatty with the customers at the counter right in front of you and expect to be serving the customers sometimes. You will help to sell the brand!
You will fit into the team and practice teamwork all day every day
Your experience will be in fine dining upscale cuisine with from scratch cooking and attention to detail.
You will have experience in cooking on the line and rotating between different stations.
You are - Energetic, Hardworking, Flexible, Passionate, Curious, Humble, Never Satisfied, Hungry, Want to be the best. This is a great place to learn and develop your skills.
Our Restaurant
Electric bleu is a new French-leaning bistro with 60 seats.
The decor is simple and inviting but not without the whimsy to mirror the flair the chef’s cooking exudes. The guests will recognize the music playing in the background that are equal parts cool and kitschy. Our food, wine and service are serious, but we don’t take ourselves seriously. We believe that dining with us should be fun.
The owner chef is experienced, world-traveled with years of Michelin star experience. We are serious and passionate about food, cooking and hospitality - all done the right way. Our restaurant is both a place for our neighbors and a destination for food lovers.
We are the most loved restaurant on the west side serving local regulars and the whole city.
