We are seeking an established, senior culinary professional. This role is ideal for a seasoned chef eager to commit their skills and vision to leading a single, exceptional kitchen. We seek a candidate with the proven talent, ambition, and instinct necessary for crafting and executing truly exceptional dining experiences.

- Notable experience from employment or stages at top-rated restaurants
- Kitchen and team management, with a clear focus on staff development
- Proficiency and skill in all areas of the kitchen, including bread and pastry
- Excellent product knowledge and experience in sourcing ingredients

- Knowledge of the fundamentals of wine and spirits
- An appropriate bit of flair for orchestrating all elements of a chef’s counter-style of fine dining that patrons remember
