The company manufactures solar modules and is expanding its integrated solar manufacturing capabilities.PositionManager / Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts (Qualified CA)QualificationChartered Accountant (CA) - Qualified5-15 years of post-qualification experienceExperience in manufacturing, engineering, renewable energy, EPC, or industrial sectors preferredExperience with listed companies will be an added advantageKey ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting & CompliancePreparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Ensure compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and statutory requirements.Liaise with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.Manufacturing Finance & CostingProduct costing, standard costing, and variance analysis.Inventory valuation and monitoring of manufacturing costs.Analysis of production efficiency, material consumption, and profitability.Cost optimization and margin improvement initiatives.Budgeting & MISPreparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.Development of management MIS reports and business dashboards.Financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.Taxation & Regulatory ComplianceGST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.Review and filing of returns and assessments.Ensure timely compliance with all regulatory requirements.Working Capital & TreasuryCash flow planning and fund management.Banking relationship management and debt monitoring.Receivables, payables, and inventory optimization.Internal Controls & AuditStrengthen financial controls and SOPs.Lead internal, statutory, tax, and cost audits.Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks.Desired SkillsStrong knowledge of manufacturing accounting and costing.Expertise in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.Strong analytical and leadership capabilities.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
