Chartered Accountant - Audit & Investor Relation

Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head - Accounts & Finance to lead and manage the company's entire finance and accounting function. The role will oversee financial operations, statutory and internal audits, regulatory compliance, and investor relations while ensuring strong financial controls and reporting standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the complete Accounts & Finance function of the companyOversee financial reporting, accounting, taxation, budgeting, and cash flow managementEnsure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and listing requirements applicable to a BSE SME listed entityCoordinate and manage internal, statutory, tax, and secretarial auditsMaintain and strengthen internal controls and financial governancePrepare and present MIS, financial statements, and management reportsHandle investor relations, stakeholder communication, and support board/reporting requirementsLiaise with auditors, bankers, consultants, and regulatory authoritiesSupport strategic financial planning and business decision-making

Candidate ProfileQualified CA with 1+ years of experience is preferredProven experience in accounts, finance, audit, and compliance, preferably in a listed company environmentExposure to BSE SME / IPO-listed company compliance and investor relations will be an advantageStrong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skillsPreference for candidates from close proximity to the office locationFlexible schedule and willingness to travel frequently as required by the role
