Very Fresh Noodles is an artisanal, high-volume fast-casual Chinese noodle restaurant dedicated to serving freshly made, high-quality food from scratch at a great value. Located in the heart of Manhattan, we are open seven days a week and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

We are currently looking for motivated, hardworking individuals to join our team!

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve food efficiently while maintaining quality standards Provide friendly and professional guest service Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the shift Work collaboratively with team members during busy service periods Operate POS systems and handle guest transactions when needed Support daily opening and closing duties

Qualifications

0–1 year of restaurant, cashier, or line cook experience preferred Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Open availability, including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to stand and actively work for extended periods
