As an integral member of CCH, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the well-being and quality of life of each individual under your care. Your responsibilities will include Companionship - being a friendly face & preventing lonelinessPersonal Care - all aspects of personal hygieneMedication - collecting prescriptions & providing remindersMealtimes - preparing tasty mealsHousekeeping - keeping their home just the way they like itMobility - help with getting around The Successful Care Assistant will ensure this is done with the highest level of understanding and dignity for our clients.
