• Outpatient Cardiology Evaluations
• Stress Test Supervision
• Nuclear Stress Test Interpretation (Preferred)

• Hospital Cardiology Consults
• Office Equipment: Standard Cardiology Clinic Equipment
• Trauma Level: Adult Level III/IV Trauma Facility

Provider will float between two facilities

Requirements:

• BC
• Active NY
• Epic Experience
• AHA or RQI Certifications Required
• 5+ Years Experience Preferred
• Comfortable Working in a Solo Practice Environment
