Job Description:

We are looking for a MicroStrategy Onsite Lead with strong technical and leadership skills to drive reporting and analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing MicroStrategy cubes, dashboards, and reports, and will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and offshore technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering sessions with Business and IT stakeholders.
• Design and develop MicroStrategy cubes, reports, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Facilitate and drive UAT sessions, ensuring business validation and sign-off.
• Perform data modeling and design schema objects relevant to MicroStrategy projects.
• Analyze and optimize SQL queries and database performance for reporting efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to best practices.

Required Skills and Experience

• 8+ years of experience in MicroStrategy development and report design.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling and schema design (star/snowflake).
• Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts.
• Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
