Key job responsibilities Retrieve, integrate, visualize and present data in dashboards (using Tableau, QuickSight, etc.) to support business decision making. Analysis of historical data to identify trends and support decision making, including written and verbal presentation of results and recommendations. Design, develop and establish KPIs to provide strategic insights to drive product growth and performance.
Systematically identify and categorize data errors to ensure that future plans are updated with improved business processes leading to improvement in CX. Collaborate with data engineers, software development engineers, and other business intelligence engineers to design and implement country/region agnostic data architecture and analytics system enabling standardization of data management. Establish standardized metrics across regions and projects to measure productivity and business impact in a holistic manner.
Develop queries and visualizations for ad‑hoc requests and projects, as well as ongoing reports reviewed on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Measure and present impact of new feature launches and progress towards OLT goals to SCOT leadership. Partner with internal stakeholders across multiple teams, gathering requirements and delivering complete solutions.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL, etc. Experience with data visualization using Tableau, QuickSight, or similar tools.
Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines. Experience in Statistical Analysis packages such as R, SAS and Matlab. Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience with AWS solutions such as EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift. Experience in data mining, ETL, etc. and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets.
