Job Description
We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Research Associate who can support business development by identifying targeted opportunities, researching target markets, and initiating high-quality outreach.
This role requires someone who can understand a business pitch, identify where it fits, find the right people to approach, and communicate professionally and intelligently.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand assigned business pitches and target industries
- Research companies, decision-makers, and relevant market segments
- Build qualified lead lists with strong relevance and accuracy
- Identify contact points through professional platforms and public sources
- Draft clear, persuasive, and professional outreach emails
- Initiate outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other professional channels
- Track outreach activity, responses, and follow-up opportunities
- Apply judgment when working with incomplete information
- Continuously improve targeting quality through independent research
Requirements

- Comfortable using AI tools for research using ethical practices
