Job Descriptions : Drive end-to-end selling process start from pitching and dealing with new enterprise client Managing enterprise API client that categorized as Non-Key Account and also ensure their revenue usage and growth meet target given by the company Handle customer inquiries via Privy's business communication channel and ensure solving issuance are handled under the responsible teamManage administration of invoice issuance and follow-up payment for potential clients and/ or non key-account clients Monitoring usage and doing periodic reconcile to control data usage alignment between enterprise client and Privy record Managing periodically Business Review and drive insightful discussions based on product usage and clients business process and behavior Job Requirements :
Self-starter and Tech Savvy individualMinimum bachelor degree in IT or have have experience at technological company is more preferableComing from Fintech and Banking Industry is more preferableMinimum 2-3 years of experience in similar roleStrong analytical and problem solving skillsProactive individual with great follow up and reporting skillsHave passion for technology and innovationExcellent command in English (written and oral) is preferred
