Business Analyst, IT

Responsibilities Gather, document and analyze the needs of users and stakeholders; Understand and model existing business processes; Identify gaps, issues and opportunities for improvement; Produce analysis deliverables (requirements, use cases, functional specifications); Participate in defining solutions in collaboration with project and technical teams; Ensure traceability of needs and requirements; Support solution validation activities; Take part in governance activities and follow-up meetings; Ensure consistency of all deliverables produced. Requirements University degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience Minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in information technology Relevant experience in business analysis within an IT context Demonstrated ability to understand and analyze organizational processes Ability to produce structured, high-quality deliverables Fluency in French, both spoken and written Ability to work in a structured environment involving multiple stakeholders Adherence to security, confidentiality and compliance requirements.
