About the Role
We are looking for a high-impact Brand Manager to drive brand strategy and execution across Emmvee Group's portfolio of businesses. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and cross-functional leadership to build cohesive, differentiated, and high-performing brands.
You will work closely with leadership, business teams, and external partners to shape brand narratives, drive demand, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and refine brand positioning across multiple business verticals- Build long-term brand strategy aligned with business growth objectives- Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across touchpoints
- Integrated Campaigns & Execution
- Conceptualize and execute 360 marketing campaigns (digital, offline, content, partnerships)- Drive campaign planning from insight to execution to performance analysis- Collaborate with creative, media, and digital agencies to deliver high-quality output
- Business & Category Understanding
- Develop a strong understanding of the solar/energy ecosystem and related categories- Translate product and category insights into compelling consumer narratives- Support go-to-market strategies for new launches and innovations
- Stakeholder & Cross-functional Management
- Work closely with sales, product, digital, and leadership teams to align brand efforts with business priorities- Act as the central point of contact for brand across all business units- Manage external agencies and vendors effectively
- Performance & Analytics
- Define success metrics and track campaign performance- Use data and insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI- Drive a performance-driven marketing culture
- Content & Digital Ecosystem
- Oversee content strategy across platforms (social, web, video, etc.)- Ensure strong storytelling and audience engagement- Stay updated on emerging platforms, formats, and trends
- Education & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related fieldMBA or Postgraduate degree in Marketing / Brand Management is preferredCertifications or coursework in digital marketing, brand strategy, or analytics (e.g., from platforms like Google, Meta) are a plusStrong foundation in marketing principles, consumer behaviour, and brand building
What We're Looking For
- 5-7 years of experience in brand marketing / integrated marketing- Strong experience in managing end-to-end campaigns (strategy to execution)- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving, and multi-business environment- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills- Analytical mindset with comfort in using data for decision-making- Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams- Prior experience in B2B, energy, or tech-led businesses is a plus
